The Bunyoro Kitara Diocese is organized into key departments that serve to fulfill its mission of spreading the gospel and transforming lives. Each department plays a unique role in supporting the spiritual, administrative, educational, and community development goals of the Diocese. Through these specialized ministries, the Diocese continues to equip leaders, care for families, manage resources wisely, and reach out with the love of Christ.

Functions: Training CBS leaders, distributing study materials, forming small Bible groups, and discipleship.

Role: Strengthens families and supports Christian womanhood.
Functions: Marriage counseling, parenting education, economic empowerment, and community outreach.

Role: The Health Ministry promotes physical and mental well-being within the diocese.
Functions: Organize medical outreaches, offer health education, support church clinics, promote hygiene, coordinate with health workers, provide counseling, and respond to health emergencies
Role: The Nutrition Department promotes proper feeding and healthy living in the diocese.
Functions: Provide nutrition education, support feeding programs, advise on diets, train communities, fight malnutrition, promote food security, and collaborate with health agencies.
Role: The Youth Ministry nurtures, empowers, and engages young people in the life and mission of the church.
Functions: Organize youth fellowships, lead discipleship programs, mentor youth, coordinate camps and events, promote talent, encourage community service, and build leadership.

Functions: Vision casting, ordination of clergy, confirmations, pastoral visits, and official communication.

Functions: Budgeting, financial reporting, fundraising, payroll, and diocesan audits.

Role: Manages all diocesan land and physical assets.
Functions: Land surveying, documentation, leasing, maintenance, and legal defense of church property.

Role: Leads evangelistic and discipleship efforts in the Diocese and beyond.
Functions: Church planting, missions, training lay readers and evangelists, and organizing crusades.
